Dermol works to relieve dry skin conditions in two ways. Firstly, it works as an emollient, which forms a barrier over the skin that stops moisture from escaping. This softens and hydrates your skin, preventing and relieving dryness and symptoms like itching. This lotion also works as an antimicrobial, which means that it kills bacteria on the skin that can make dry skin conditions worse, also helping to prevent infection.
