Made in collaboration with TimeSpirit, the Macallan estate’s dining experience that’s overseen by the renowned El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona. Through careful cask selection, this expression evokes fresh coconut and zesty lime, with layers of vanilla, gentle sweetness, tropical fruit and nuanced spicing.
