Description

Aquamax Wash Aquamax Wash is a gentle emollient cleansing wash designed for daily use by people with dry, sensitive or eczema-prone skin, including babies and the elderly. It is recommended where a non-drying, moisturising wash is required to help cleanse without stripping the skins natural oils and to support skin comfort between emollient applications. Aquamax Wash is soap-free and pH-balanced to minimise irritation. Its mild formulation cleanses effectively while helping to leave a light protective film on the skin to reduce moisture loss. The wash is rinse-off, suitable for face and body, and formulated to be gentle enough for frequent use as part of a skin-care routine under the direction of a healthcare professional. The formulation comprises an aqueous, soap-free base with emollients and humectants to support hydration, together with mild cleansing agents. It is presented without added fragrance or colourants to reduce the risk of sensitivity. (If you require full ingredient details, please consult the product leaflet or your pharmacist.) Conclusion: Do not use Aquamax Wash if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients; ask your pharmacist if you are unsure. This product may contain paraffin-based emollients and carries a fire risk if it soaks into clothing, dressings or bedding. Take precautions: avoid smoking or naked flames while emollients are in contact with clothes or dressings, change and wash clothing/bedding regularly (6090C), protect furniture with washable covers, and inform carers. Speak to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist with any questions.
