70cl / 46% - A smooth, rich French whisky from Roselieures that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished for almost a year in ex-Vosne Romanée barrels from the Bruno Clavelier estate in Burgundy. Aromas of vanilla, honey, grapes, Mirabelle plums and apricot fill the nose, followed by notes of blackcurrant, apples, spicy oak, blackberries and hints of medicinal iodine throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
