True warriors forge their own armour in the fires of battle, but you can create stunning medieval-style greaves for your character much easier with our DIY kit.   The leather greaves kit includes the pieces for a pair of greaves with all the rivets, hooks and 3.2-3.5mm thick pieces of vegetable-tanned leather which already have a decorative groove. All holes (also the hand stitching holes!) are pre-punched, a set of sewing needles and waxed thread is included. You can even select the embossing theme.   The greaves are closed with a lacing that is guided by hooks, which means: not eternal threading and fumbling around until the greaves are finally properly seated and closed.
