While Amontillado casks are a rare sight to mature single malt whisky, it is even rarer to see whisky of this age and maturity in Amontillado, making this a true unicorn of the whisky world. Expect a complex and refined dram, full of honeyed malty flavours, complemented by orchard fruits and a soft oak spice.
