70cl / 43% - A double-distilled Irish single malt whiskey made in County Mayo. Ballina Dubalite is made with 100% Irish malted barley, and undergoes a longer fermentation period to increase complexity, before undergoing maturation in ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso casks. Expect notes of honey, caramel and butterscotch, supported by dried fruits like raisins and sultanas.
