70cl / 48% - A limited release from the highly-rated Kanosuke, this expression of their single malt emphasises the influence of oloroso and cream sherry on the distillery’s whisky, without losing the nuances that make Kanosuke so exciting. The nose leads with black cherry, vanilla, raspberry and Japanese cinnamon, before a full palate of soft raisins, light fruitcake, cloves and dark chocolate. The finish brings out a subtle dryness and notes of mangosteen.
