Stretch cords are fantastic for attaching tools and close to hand items to bags andwaistcoats. It comes with a small carabiner that can be attached to D Rings, webbing straps, belt loops etc. The stretch cord allows you to keep the items close to you until you need them, when you need them the cord stretches to where you require the items, still secure to its tether so if you drop them, you wont lose your precious tackle. It comes with a large split ring that will attach to most tools. It can also be used for attaching a net to a D ring too.
