The Malton Leather Shotgun Slip is made from vegetable-tanned leather witha semi-aniline and greased grain to give a elegant finish. All the leather is tanned using traditional methods that have been passed down from older generations.

Each skin is hand-cured and stained by exceptionally skilled craftsmen, producing the smooth aniline finish. Finally, the wax coat is applied. This traditional blend of fats, oils and waxes feeds the leather adding a deep layer of protection and providing it's distinctive look.

The gunslip features a classic buckle fastening opening, with the addition of a full length zip for easy drying. The sling is made in bridle leather, with the muzzle end hand-sewn into place. The thick padded fleece lining will ensure the gun is protected. The gunslip is available in 30 or 32 inch lengths.
