Guidelines new Coastal Evolve fly line has a sharpened tapering with slightly more mass in the front part to more easily turn over the fly in the hard wind, something that is not quite unusual in coastal fishing.

The new Coastal has and an improved and somewhat thinner sliding line to give less friction in the tracks and thus longer throws in difficult conditions.
