70cl / 12% - A traditional mead aged in whiskey casks sourced from the Midleton distillery from this west Irish meadery. Using a dark smoky forest honey from Galicia, this mead finishes semi-sweet and brings up butterscotch, baked apple, plum and white chocolate notes before a fruity vanilla finish.
