Maftoul ("hand-rolled") is a traditional Palestinian grain made from bulgar and whole wheat flour. It is prepared it today just as it always been; the organic wheat is cracked, hand-rolled and dried in the glorious Palestinian sun. Its firm texture and nutty flavour make it a delicious alternative to other grains.

This product would work perfectly in pilafs, salads, soups and as an accompaniment to tagines and curries.
