Yakso Seitan in Tamari Seitan is a very interesting meat substitute. Whether diced, as a whole or cut into slices, seitan is very versatile. The wheat pieces were inserted in tamari sauce to bring a good spice to the seitan. Yakso's organic seitan is marinated in a mild tamari sauce, so is less salty and rich than other seitan we have available - however this can be an advantage when you want to season it to your own preferences. It will take on some extra flavour from cooking sauces or if stewed. 300ml, 200g net.
