Meridian's smooth almond butter is high in both Vitamin E and fibre, with each almond containing around 20% protein and low in saturated fat, perfect for maintaining a healthy diet. Made with 100% almonds, Meridian roast the whole almond in their natural skins, then grind them down until smooth.

Delicious on crackers and crumpets, added to shakes, cakes, and bakes. Meridian don't use palm oil in any of thier products because they care about the environmental impact it can have. Their almond butters contain no added sugar or salt and are suitable for vegans, vegitarians, and flexitarians.

Oil separation is natural and can simply be stirred back in.
