LA Brewery’s Kombucha is made using our favoured speciality tea blend, infused with vibrant Fijian ginger for extra zing!

Aroma:Ginger and lemon along with a fermented nose and a slight vinegar/acetic acid prickle.

Flavour:Relatively dry with a ginger bite and refreshing acidity both from the lemon and a result of the fermentation. It has a long finish and is to be sipped and savoured.
