Usage Instructions Preheat oven to 230°C for conventional oven | 220° fan assisted oven | gas mark 7. Empty the contents of your Free and Easy scone mix into a mixing bowl, add your egg, milk and oil, then stir until combined. Turn dough out onto a lightly dusted surface and roll with a lightly dusted rolling pin until dough is of about 2cm in thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Place scones on prepared baking sheet and brush with milk. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
