This organic artichoke spread is made using only the finest organic ingredients: fresh artichokes, pure extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, onions, garlic and a delicious hint of marjoram which pairs wonderfully with the artichoke flavour.  The artichokes are grown on a family farm in Puglia,Italy, harvested in season and actually packed on site.
