Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes primarily from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, this wine uses the 2021 vintage as its base, blending in reserve wines from the 2012, 2013, and 2014 vintages. Notes of red apples, and yellow fruit are balanced by almonds and hazelnuts, all with the creamy texture for which Bollinger is known. Magnums typically receive an extended time ageing on the lees, meaning this bottle will have even more complexity and flavour!
