70cl / 68.3% - A special-edition 1998 Caroni rum from the fourth release in the Caroni Employees series, celebrating Dayanda "Yunkoo" Balloon, who worked at the distillery for a decade. In 2019 Luca Gargano and 26 Caroni fancs selected the six casks that make up this rum, creating a fruity, spicy character with delicate floral undertones.
