75cl / 14% - An excellent 100% Bobal grown in the heights of the Utiel-Requena region of Spain. Made from mature vines sustainably farmed, the high altitude of the vineyards creates a terroir unique from the rest of the region. Once picked the wine undergoes fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and spends 6 months aging in French oak barriques.. This all leads to a well-rounded and balanced wine, bursting with flavours of ripe red and black fruits, along with the vanilla and spice of oak.
