Galvanised steel Fazeley Flow indoor watering can by British company Haws, realised in a vibrant Nasturtium colourway exclusively for TOAST. The world’s oldest watering can company, Haws was founded by John Haws, the inventor of the watering can design they still produce. Originally from Clapton in London, John designed his own watering can in 1884 after struggling to grow vanilla plants in Mauritius during his British colonial service. His invention – comfortable to carry and with a non-drip spout – was a success in his lifetime, but Haws died in 1913 before having the chance to accept a Royal Horticultural Society medal and an invitation to the inaugural Chelsea Flower Show in 1913. Now, the company is led by brothers Andy and Rich Pennock, building on the company’s rich 130-year heritage. Details Galvanised steel. Powder coated.
