70cl / 49.2% - Tucked away in a beautiful Derbyshire valley, Wire Works was founded in 2016 and already has multiple awards under its belt. This release is a lightly peated English single malt which has spent three years in ex-bourbon barrels and three years finishing in first fill Calvados casks. Fruity and elegant, it's bursting with fresh apple and vanilla custard notes, a rich mouthfeel, and a gentle lingering wisp of smoke.
